In an employee driven jobs market candidates often use other jobs offers to gain confidence and instead of changing their work environment ask for a pay rise, a promotion or a new project. Counter offer risks are well known to recruiters and we often talk about them, but this article adds an even wider angle to the concept of feeling too secure in the job. It’s always a very subjective and sensitive matter to discuss, but we decided to present it to give you some food for thought.
