Right now we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Specialist to join our team. On this position, you will have a chance to learn about the whole recruitment process and see how working in a professional recruitment company looks like. It’s a paid internship, with possibility to become a full-time employee. Responsibilities: - Providing administrative support for our International Headhunters - Assisting recruiters in communication with candidates - Searching for the best IT talents on the market - Updating recruitment database - Arranging and coordinating interviews with candidates - Participating in employer branding activities and projects Requirements: - Focus on cooperation and achieving results - Creativity in action and the ability to set priorities - Very good English - Time management skills - Knowledge of MS Office - Student or graduate, available min. 30 hours a week (6 hours per day) - Interest in the subject of IT and/or recruitment Are you ready for the first step of your professional career?
