The truth is we would like to have more time but under constant prssure to delier it's much better to spend more time talking to candidates, asking questions, networking than sitting in front of a computer and veiwing CV-s. A truly experienced recruiter really desn't need more than 20-30sec to decide wheter it's worth to pick up the phone or not. If you want to defferentiate your application, make sure your CV stands out from competition!
