Every other week our Eagles meet together to discuss different, interesting us topics. At this time of the year, it is common to talk about New Year’s Resolutions but in February many people start struggling with consistency and quickly forget about their goals. We came up with a list of supporting tools and tips to overcome this issue. Here they are: ✅ Create a plan which is realistic and stick to it. ✅ Be kind to yourself by eating healthy to provide your body and mind with a lot of nutrition and vitamins. ✅ Keeping up with a new routine requires motivation and stability, so don’t give up easily! ✅ Find others with similar goals and join or create a support group. ✅ Monitor your progress, remember that change means improvement. ✅ Be proud of yourself and try to enjoy the process.
