Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
Solid grasp of the Salesforce platform, including its core capabilities such as Apex, flow automation, triggers, and point-and-click configuration tools.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other technical team members.
Comfortable working autonomously, navigating through uncertainty, and proactively seeking clarity to move initiatives forward.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build positive working relationships.
Proficient in using collaboration and documentation tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, or Draw.io, and experienced in Agile project settings, especially with tools like Jira.
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of the business to gather and document in-depth knowledge of the existing Salesforce setup, including Apex classes, triggers, flows, and custom objects. Your main task will be to convert informal business logic and legacy information into clear, structured documentation, including process diagrams and user stories. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure that all requirements and functionalities are well understood and accurately conveyed. You’ll analyze current Salesforce configurations and code to build a strong understanding of the system’s architecture, helping align business processes while thoroughly documenting exceptions, edge cases, and dependencies. Active participation in sprint planning and backlog grooming will be essential to ensure that development work is always guided by clearly defined business logic.
